Probably the best Harbor Freight I've been to. It's still a place to get some decent tools at great prices, but this one is really clean, and the staff are really nice, and more than eager to help you.
Not the top quality stuff but doable

Martha, the cashier, is extremely rude. Condescending and impolite during the transaction. Also ignored customers in line while she talked with the other cashier. Otherwise, the store is well laid out and organized and I found what I was looking for.
Easy parking. Clean store. Helpful staff. Little slow on check out, but store prices and quality of products make up for that. Make sure to use their coupons. You can just about always get something free with purchase.
