Overall service is really good. The reason for only 3 stars is due to the interior cleanliness of the vehicles on pick up. I rent at least twice a month from this location and every vehicle I get is poorly cleaned. Old drink residue on steering wheel or in cup holders. Trash left in door panels and under seats. The vehicles seem like the only get an exterior wash before be rented out again.
Very impressive customer service was provided to my fiancé Rodney Cortez and I by Andrew at the lemon grove office. Our experience with renting a car started off bad. Although when we arrived at the lemon grove office, Andrew was very helpful and attentive to our needs. His professionalism and high standard of customer service was much appreciated. We'll definitely return on our next rental!!
