The staff seems slow and I feel like they don't want to help you. This place sucks balls.
Fast, guys knew what I needed and helped me and I got the best price in all of san diego, can't wait until I have to return for something new for my bike. The prices were inviting, I felt extremely welcome. I think I have just found my bike store for life.
I went in for a couple of new tubes for my tires. The staff member that helped me was very nice and changed the tubes out quickly, all while answering questions for another guest. The shop is clean and organized. I will definitely be taking my bike related needs to them again and would high recommend that others do as well.

I couldn't get my pedals off my bike, I asked for help, they charged $5. Huh. Ok. I've had other places so it for free. I then decided to get my bike tuned up, so I left the bike. The guy said he would take the $5 off since I was about to spend $140. I went to kick up my bike and he moved my stuff (computer sensor, computer) around. Not sure why he did that, I didn't ask him to. I now have to move my computer back to where I had it some I can reattach my aerobars. I guess the quality of work was fine, one guy was nice enough but there was a woman there who kinda kept butting in and who was also kinda just talking to herself.....not sure which.
