Terrible! Filed complaint online received two calls one to listen to my story the other to justify the bad teller. Never going back to this branch. Clear case of discrimination.
I had the most awful banking experience at this location. The service here is not good but I can't put up this time. I usually fold my cash into $100, $200 and go to the bank to deposit. I don't know I am not allowed to do that before. While B, was taking care of my cash, unfolding it, which might take less than 30 seconds, the lady sitting next to her, J, took my money from her and gave back to me. J rudely asked me to unfold it myself right there. I was offended and embarrassed as if I just committed a crime, so I asked, "it doesn't take that long to do that, isn't it your job?" She said "NO". Come on, I gave them money, not steal money from them. What kind of customer service is it? If she politely asked me to unfold my cash before go to the bank next time, I wouldn't say a thing! I never come back and considering transfer to another bank. There's plenty options, why I have to give them my money to be treated like that, right?
Very unprofessional. Never bank with them. Cant even have someone who can fo their job and provide adequate services.
This branch is ALWAYS a help when I need it, everyone is VERY accommodating
